POST TRIAL INTERVIEWS

Interviewing jurors with the court's permission after a case is completed can be beneficial in a number of areas. Questionnaire data can provide valuable insight as to how the actual jury problem solved the case, which witnesses were influential, and how the trial teams were perceived.

This information can be particularly useful if the same client is being represented in a future matter, or if similar facts are being tried. This process can also assist in streamlining arguments for the appeal process, or in some cases it can even identify potential juror misconduct that the trial team may wish to bring to the court's attention.
